If you play golf, chances are your ball has landed in an awkward place or position once or twice on the course, but has your golf ball ever landed in a tree? Well, it happened to pro golfer Sergio Garcia and he refused to take a penalty stroke, thus he elected to climb the tree and attempt to put the ball back into play.

Sergio hit his ball in a tree on the 10th hole at Bay Hill, and instead of taking a drop (and taking a penalty stroke), he climbed up the tree and hit it right out of the branches. Garcia was able to hit the ball out of the tree with a nice backhand, but he still made a double-bogey on the hole. Garcia ended up withdrawing from the tournament during the rain delay at the Arnold Palmer Invitational.

In any case, this was an amazing golf shot and it was the first time I have ever seen a golfer climb a tree and hit his/her ball from the branches.
