Rae Sremmurd and Gucci Mane have a smash hit on their hands with "Black Beatles," a cut off SremmLife 2. Today (Nov. 7), "Black Beatles" enters the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 for the first time.

"Black Beatles" makes the leap from No. 16 on the list to No. 9. The record is now the highest-charting song that Gucci Mane has ever appeared on, as well as Swae Lee and Jxmmi's highest-charting record to date. (Believe it or not, "No Type" topped out at No. 16 and "No Flex Zone" peaked at No. 36.)

The track also surged from the seventh spot to the fifth spot in terms of streaming songs (up 31 percent with 19.5 million plays, with its biggest share of clicks courtesy of YouTube at 44 percent). In addition, "Black Beatles" spiked from the 27th spot to the 16th spot for digital song sales (now at 34,000, up 58 percent). The Rae Sremmurd and Guwop collaboration also increases to 16 million airplay impressions, up 32 percent.

The Mannequin Challenge, which has taken the Internet by storm lately, has helped "Black Beatles" move up the chart tremendously. Nearly all of the best Mannequin Challenge videos feature "Black Beatles" in the background. In case you missed it, Rae Sremmurd executed their own special version of the Mannequin Challenge at a recent stop on their SremmLife II tour. The video takes place at a show in Denver, and the clip opens with everybody frozen on stage as “Black Beatles” begins to play. The camera then pans over to the crowd, where every audience member is doing their best mannequin impression, as well. All of a sudden, Swae Lee, Slim Jxmmi and the rest of the crew jump into action, and the audience goes crazy.

"Black Beatles" is also the very first Hot 100 Top 10 song to namecheck The Beatles. The song beats out "The Beatles' Movie Medley" by the Beatles themselves, which peaked at No. 12 in 1982. So, basically, Rae Sremmurd and Gucci Mane are better than The Beatles. Facts only.
