There are three important 'P's during Mardi Gras, parking, parades and peeing.

Before you head out to a Mardi Gras Parade, make sure you know the route of the parade. Once you find out the route then you have to know where to park.

Your best bet is to make friends with someone along the parade route. Usually they're having a party on their front lawn or porch before the parade, and as common Mardi Gras edict you have to bring something to eat or drink. It's equivalent to paying to park, but your car is much safer at a friend's house.

My advice to you is to bring drinks, because 9 times out of 10 someone stops at the grocery store and picks up a King Cake, and now there are 50 King Cakes at the party. Don't be that guy or girl.

Moving on to the 3rd P...

You're going to be drinking a lot, so you'll need to pee. If you think you can hold all that liquor and jello shots you're sadly mistaken. Since grown up diapers make your pants or leggings look funny, you are going to want to use a bathroom.

This brings me to the point of this whole post. There ain't nowhere to pee on Mardi Gras day, unless you go through all the steps above, or you can do this...

Well, thanks to this pee app you can rent or schedule a toilet on the parade route. It's kind of like Uber for people that need to pee instead of a ride.

It's an app called AirPnP and it allows people to charge members of the public to use their private toilet. The app is now being tested in New Orleans after the app was was unsuccessful a year ago in New York.

This is how it works: The people that are allowing you to use their bathroom can charge you whatever price they want, but when you're through you can rate your pee experience. Seriously rate them. I would like to know if the bathroom was clean or full of ****. Just saying.

Here is the map of places that have already signed up thanks to google maps.

Just in case you didn't know, if you get caught peeing on the streets of New Orleans you will spend the weekend in Orleans Parish Prison. Not a fun way to spend Mardi Gras. That's why this app is much needed during Mardi Gras.

What would you charge someone to use your bathroom?
