Scott Wolfe, owner of Melba's Poboy on Elysian Field and N. Claiborne in New Orleans, is offering 1,000 pieces of chicken to anyone who can tip the police regarding recent vandalism of his business.

In the video there appears to be two suspects writing on the side of the building with spray paint during the overnight hours.
