In an interview with Tim Westwood, a slimmed-down version of Rick Ross tells us about his healthier lifestyle and describes a workout plan that he calls RossFit.

Before discovering this new lifestyle, Ross admits that the most exercise he would get was standing up to count the money, but now he is shedding some of the pounds in an effort to eat better and workout in a non-traditional routine that he wants people to hashtag as #RossFit.

Rozay tells Tim Westwood that he was introduced to the CrossFit workout through a trainer provided by Reebok, the shoe he still endorses even after being dropped by the brand as a result of a controversial lyric last year. The Maybach Music Group head honcho says he still eats what he wants, but just hits the gym now.

Isn't that what we all do? Work out to balance out the unhealthy things we eat?

In all seriousness The Boss is looking good and we wish him the best on his quest to get healthy. He is the latest in a string of rotund rappers like Fat Joe and DJ Khaled who have also made the choice to live a healthier lifestyle.

And we'll let you know when Diddy drops that peach Ciroc.
