RiFF RaFF is suing the creators of 'Spring Breakers' for a cool $10 million.

The rapper tells TMZ that he feels he was the inspiration for the character James Franco played in the Harmony Korine-directed film, which follows four college-aged women whose spring break vacation takes a turn for the worse.

Franco played Alien, a southern rapper and drug dealer who invites actress Selena Gomez and her friends into a life of crime. In the movie, Franco wears his hair in braids and looks similar to RiFF RaFF's style. However, the lauded actor has previously said he took inspiration from Florida rhymer Dangeruss, not RiFF RaFF, for the role.

RiFF wants what he's due. "We’re seeking $8 to $10 million right now,” he explains. "It's like if I have a front yard and you're planting soil and you're planting trees and building peaches and houses and selling parking lots on my property ... then I deserve to be compensated for some portion of that money."
