Seven-year-old Alex got the surprise of his life from a real superhero.

Just like most 7-year-olds, Alex loves superheroes and riding his bike. He was born with a partially developed right arm. His life changed the day Robert Downey Jr. dressed up like Tony Stark and gave him something he won't forget for the rest of his life—a 3-D bionic Iron Man arm.

The 3-D arm was created by Microsoft One Note Collective Project and Limbitless Solutions.

This just makes the heart smile.
