Russ Gets John Mayer to Play Guitar on New Song “Wife You Up”

Russ is back with a new record and this time he's singing about the love of his life for "Wife You Up." Over Scott Storch production and guitar by John Mayer, Russ bares his heart as he sings about the apple of his eye. "Baby you're a one of one to me/I know that I should probably wife you/And baby I swear I'm done with these/Other women they don't mean shit to me," he croons on the hook.

For the second half of the record, Russ drops bars: "You the only girl I'll call back/I tell these other women fall back/They be hating on the preview/They think that it's only for the entertainment like E News/I can see the sequel/Let's do more I do's and less re-do's," he raps.

In the span of just a few days, Russ has released “Think Twice,” “Prosper,” “Maybe" and now "Wife You Up." This is the fourth straight record he dropped produced by Storch.
