Sagging Pants Ordinance Takes Affect In Crowley
For those in Crowley that are comfortable wearing their pants or shorts below their waistline, take notice of the new ordinance that goes into affect at midnight tonight, Thursday night. At midnight, it will be illegal for those within the city limits of Crowley to wear sagging pants, showing their underwear, while out in public.
According to KATC-TV 3, the new law prohibits anyone in Crowley from wearing pants in a manner that exposes underwear while in public. Violators of the ordinance face a $100 fine and up to 60 days in jail.
