The Scott Police Department is asking for your help in tracking down two people they believe to be involved in an Instagram scam.

According to our media partners at KATC, The scam allegedly involves an operation where people are being set up via Instagram. Using the photo sharing social platform, money is sent through Western Union to purchase items.

Once the money is sent, the victim is told that the items are no longer available and all contact with the victim is stopped.

The duo was last seen back on August 31 in a grocery store of Cameron Street in Scott.
