A Shreveport Bishop says that he will seal himself in a coffin for three days, and then rise again on Easter Sunday.

The Advocate reports that the Bishop, Rickey Moore with Sunrise Baptist Church, will be buried and then rise from his coffin on Easter Sunday as a lesson on how Christ rose from the dead. The Bishop says this is NOT a stunt.

It's one part of a four-part drama series that starts at 1 p.m. on Good Friday.

I have thought hard and long about this and I can't help but ask, "Why?" Sure I understand his motive here, but isn't this a bit dangerous? And will he have access to food and water in this casket.

I can't wait to see the end result here, and I pray for the best. Talk about commitment.
