Loose shopping carts can be a bigger problem than most people realize, and police in Slidell are doing their part to keep those problems at bay.

According to WDSU, thousands of vehicle insurance claims are related to stray shopping carts and back in 2013 Slidell police decided to take action.

Recently released vehicle dash cam footage shows police returning over a dozen shopping carts to local business. The Slidell Police Department posted the clip to their Facebook page.

The video itself is very entertaining, but all the extra music and sound effects added make it hilarious.
