Sobriety Checkpoint This Weekend In Lafayette

The Lafayette Police Department will be conducting an OWI Checkpoint this Friday night, March 27, starting at 9:00 and wrapping up at 3:00 o'clock Saturday morning somewhere within the incorporated limits of Lafayette.

Lafayette Police offers will be looking to remove any impaired drivers from our roadways.

Officers will respond with zero tolerance to anyone found to be under the influence of alcohol or any other impairing substances.

Lafayette Police Department officials remind residents to always designate a driver if you are going to drink.
