This was my first time eating at Country Cuisine, and coincidentally, it just happened to be their 27th anniversary. I can tell you this much, I see why they have been in business for that long. They have some of the best BBQ I've ever had. For all you weekend warriors, they're open every Friday and Saturday night till 3am.  Country Cuisine serves 'authentic creole cuisine' and BBQ. You can dine in or call ahead to place your order. Each day brings something new & special such as pork roast, rib tip stew, fried pork chops, or smothered cabbage.

Make sure you check out their fried catfish Fridays. And, to go along with their fish dinners, they have some of the best home made tartar sauce in the city.
