If we worked out like we partied, we'd all be fit, right? Well a fitness instructor from Atlanta by the name of Keith Thompson has figured out a way to put the two together in his high energy (but VERY fun) workouts that are now going viral.

The video (above) of one of Keith's spin classes going off to Lil Boosie's 'Wipe Me Down' has been shared well over 100,000 times.

Popular high energy music isn't new to working out, so what makes Keith's approach any different than what's already out there? For starters, when was the last time you saw a trainer twerk? Besides the standard encouragement, motivation and support,

Keith incorporates energetic hip-hop music with body changing movements on the Cycle bike. The time will fly by, and before you know it, you will have completed a full-hour, full-body workout. Keith’s classes are effective because they provide an intense, but fun, way of exercising. He’ll keep you coming back for more. It is addictive!

Keith's Cycle classes are becoming so popular, that he is even getting clients coming in from out of state just to be a part of the fun motivational atmosphere they see others experiencing in the videos that are posted, and shared online.

I mean who wouldn't want to turn up and get fit to songs like:

Beyonce - Drunk In Love (ft. JAYZ)

R. Kelly - Freaky In The Club

Cali Swag District - Teach Me How To Dougie

These are all good, but the 'Wipe Me Down' video still takes the cake. Who knows, maybe we'll be seeing late night infomercials full of spin classes taught by Keith, getting turnt up to the latest twerk records.
