Students and Trump Urge UL To Build Wall Around Cypress Lake

The Verm(ilion) posted a satirical story today about UL students and Donald Trump urging the university to build a wall around Cypress Lake.

An alligator recently "escaped" from Cypress Lake and was lurking around the student union.  That incident gave Kailey Broussard at The Verm an idea for satire.

Part of the story "quotes" Trump as saying:

Let me tell you, if I were president at UL, that wall around the swamp would be at least 55 feet high. Don’t believe me? Look at my blueprints. Boom; you’re done.”

The piece is well-written, and half-plausible!
