It's about to get "muey caliente" in the Hub City as this Saturday, July 18 and Sunday, July 19 is the Louisiana Hot Sauce Expo at Blackham Coliseum. The event takes place each day from 10am-6pm.
This was my first time eating at Country Cuisine, and coincidentally, it just happened to be their 27th anniversary. I can tell you this much, I see why they have been in business for that long. They have some of the best BBQ I've ever had. For all you weekend warriors, they're open every Friday and Saturday night till 3am.

I had the pleasure of sampling a few of their entrees and was pleasantly surprised by the desert they offer at 2Paul's BBQ.
