Actor Angel Salazar, best known as "Chi Chi" from the movie Scarface was arrested for DU in Brooklyn last week according to TMZ. According to court records, "Chi Chi" was just after midnight Thursday, swerving all over the road in a 1999 Volvo Sedan.
