According to a report on TMZ, actress Demi Moore was rushed to an L.A. hospital for substance abuse problems. A 911 call was placed at 10:45 PM Monday night & paramedics responded to Demi's L.A. home. After assessing her for a half hour, it was determined that she needed to be rushed to a nearby hospital for further observation.
