Fourteen-time Grammy winner Alicia Keys was snubbed by the Recording Academy this year, but she'll be appearing at the Grammys anyway as part of a special collaboration with Maroon 5. The Academy announced the news in a press release which also confirmed that Frank Ocean will get a performance slot on the show.
Chris Brown has more feuds than a pro-wrestling federation. After his epic bottle battle in NYC with Drake, his dust up with Frank Ocean over a parking space (!!!) at a Los Angeles studio is generating a new rash of negative publicity for the R&B star and the love of Rihanna's life.
Like, we get that parking is a b----- in L.A., but it's not really a cool reason to come to blows, dudes! Despite the chatter, Breezy is hunkering down and focusing on his music and the arts. He addressed the brawl -- sort of -- on Instagram.
Frank Ocean has some new visuals coming our way. 'Forrest Gump' is the latest track off the singer's Grammy-nominated debut album, 'Channel Orange' that he's adding to his music video catalog.
Chris Brown always has beef with somebody. Remember the club fight between Brown and Drake last year? And let's not even get into his issues with Rihanna. And now it looks like we can add Frank Ocean to the list.
For those of you yearning for an OutKast reunion this is about as close as it gets. The dynamic duo appear together on the remix to Frank Ocean's ballad 'Pink Matter.' Big Boi let the song loose last week on his Soundcloud page.
'Thinkin' About You' must not have been about the boys in blue. Frank Ocean got pulled over on New Year's Eve and ended 2012 on a pretty crummy note -- losing his driver's license and getting busted for pot in one fell swoop.
2012 was a year that introduced us to a lot of brand new artists, and gave a lot of others who have been in the game for a minute, their proper time to shine. From the underground world of hip-hop, to the mainstream and country, our ears got a lot of great music from a slew of musical talent
Early Sunday morning (Dec. 23), Frank Ocean released the ballad 'Wise Man,' which originally was supposed to appear in Quentin Tarantino's western/slavery flick 'Django Unchained.' The Odd Future crooner doesn't seem upset by the omission. "django was ill without it," he wrote on his Tumblr page.
Frank Ocean's long-lost father has emerged just in time to sue his superstar son for $1 million, according to a tweet Ocean posted and then deleted today on Twitter.
