For the life of me, I can't figure out how this acrobatic move from Madonna didn't raise as much internet hell as M.I.A.'s middle finger foolishness. I guess everyone has their own definition of "inappropriate." Or maybe the live cameras didn't get close enough to show it. Or maybe "inappropriate" isn't even the right word to describe this.
