Hurricane Irene is marching up the east coast right now affecting millions in North Carolina and Virginia, as it continues to head towards New York and other states further north that are expecting impact by tomorrow. Being that we live in an area that has dealt with many hurricanes, we know that even a Category 1 hurricane like Irene can still do damage with tornadoes, heavy winds and flooding.
