After spending the majority of six days in the intensive care unit of the hospital, the YMCMB rapper is headed home. Sources say he is weak, and plans on laying low until he makes a full recovery.
Following Lil Wayne's severe seizure scare on Friday night (March 15), there was a slew of conflicting reports about the 'A Milli' rapper's condition. Thankfully, Weezy apparently was never near death. However, it appears that he is on the road to recovery -- and that the road may have 12 or more steps.
TMZ is catching the ire of hip-hoppers for mistakenly reporting Lil Wayne's health Friday night (March 15) after he was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. Rapper T.I. went on Twitter and criticized the gossip website for the way they handled the story.

Whew, everyone can breathe a sigh of relief as Lil Wayne showed a sign of life and tweeted that he is "good" after what was reported as a near-death experience. Rumors circulated that Weezy was suffering from violent seizures and that he was comatose.

The 30-year-old rapper, real name Dwayne Carter, was rushed to Cedars-Siniai Hospital in L.A. earlier this week, but hours after his release on Wednesday bodyguards found him unconscious on the floor of his room.
