Lindsay Lohan was back in court today to face jail time for violating her probation. Judge Stephanie Sautner handed Lindsay a 30 Day jail sentence with NO house arrest. Lindsay headed into court today complaining of food poisoning, but admitted she violated her probation by not attending therapy sessions and getting kicked out of the Downtown Women's Center. Judge Sautner now says that ALL of Lindsay's community service must be served at the L.A. County Morgue, and gave her a tight schedule for the rest of her probation.
The father of Lindsay Lohan has been arrested after police were called out for a domestic dispute. Early this morning, Michael Lohan was arrested and charged with battery following the domestic dispute. The father of the actress is most noted for his recent stint on Celebrity Rehab.

Late yesterday afternoon the gossip website reported that Lindsay Lohan, who is currently on house arrest, tested positive for alcohol and has been ordered to appear in court and face Judge Stephanie Sautner tomorrow at 10am.
After having her grand theft charge reduced to a misdemeanor, Lindsay breathed a sigh of relief. It didn't last long as the judge sentenced her to 120 days in jail at the Lynnwood Correctional Facility.
