TMZ is reporting that 'Beastie Boys' rapper MCA - real name Adam Yauch, has died. In 2009 Yauch announced that he was being treated for a cancerous parotid gland and a lymph node and since has undergone surgery and radiation therapy. The news was announced first via Def Jam founder Russell Simmons' blog Global Grind. Yauch leaves behind a wife and a daughter. He was 47.
