Ladies, try to contain yourselves when we tell you that the New Kids On The Block have announced that they will not only be coming out with a new album, but they are also going on tour with boy bands 98 Degrees and Boys II Men. The tour titled, "The Package Tour," starts on May 31st in Ucasaville, CT.
