Now that (most of us) have returned to Lafayette and somewhat of a normal routine, we can finally look back on our weekend in New Orleans and say: "Where is my phone, my debit card, and..." - well, you get the picture. But we can also look back on the weekend and say: "Damn, that actually happened!"
UL Head Football Coach, Mark Hudspeth, took the stage at a massive tailgate party Friday night a the Marriott in New Orleans. The pep rally, which was put on by Home Bank, welcomed thousands of Ragin Cajun fans to New Orleans as the Cajuns prepare to take on East Carolina in the R+L Carrier's New Orleans Bowl tomorrow.

Following the UL Ragin' Cajuns blowout win over South Alabama on Saturday night at Cajun Field, there was a big announcement. For the second straight year the Cajuns are going bowling in New Orleans. The R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl on Saturday, December 22nd to be exact.
