June 3, 2011 New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush has spent the last week in Danville, Illinois. Workouts? No. Celebrity appearance? Not quite. Reggie is part of a planned CBS reality show called 'Same Name' and he has been spending time with another Reggie Bush, except this Reggie is a blue collar construction worker.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell made it quite clear this week that as the NFL Lockout drags out, it is getting closer and closer to having to cancel the first NFL Pre-Season game. The commissioner told NFL owners that while he doesn't have a date circled on the calendar to begin canceling games, he knows that the time is coming soon for a decision.
While the NFL Lockout continues, all of the players in the league have elected to stay busy in different ways. Some of the players are in training with teammates, others are taking part in other competitive sports, and then there is David Bruton from the Denver Broncos. Bruton has elected to take on a part-time job that pays $90 per day while he sits out the lockout.
