<p>Most of the time I would say, <strong>'Dude it's just a prank caller,'</strong> but he wasn't exactly in a joking mood.  Apparently these <strong>'callers'</strong> were rattling off things related to credit card problems and even offering to <strong>reduce his debt!</strong></p>
