Viral Video Star Kimberly Wilkins, aka Sweet Brown, is suing Apple because a song on iTunes uses the sample, "Ain't Nobody Got Time For That." The artist/producer allegedly did not get her permission to use the sample, and now Wilkins wants to be compensated.

A week ago the world was introduced to a lady named Sweet Brown. Since then, the lady who didn't have time for bronchitis has been quite the internet sensation, showing up in newsfeeds and chain emails world wide. She even has a fake twitter account, and you are nobody until a fake twitter account is made in your likeness!

Sweet Brown became an overnight star after her accounts of an apartment fire went VIRAL! It all began when she wanted a 'cold pop' during the night and now she is the next Antoine Dodson! The question is, how far can "Sweet Brown" go? Looks like there is a twitter account now,  and even a music video!

Sweet Brown has no time for bronchitis, but she may have to find some time to be 'internet famous' because a video featuring her account of an apartment fire is going viral as we speak.
