Thanksgiving Basket

Every year for Thanksgiving we allow our listeners to nominate families that are in need for our annual Thanksgiving basket giveaway. With the help from our friends at Heleaux's Grocery in Lafayette, we were able to deliver baskets to three deserving families in Acadiana.

Its hard to believe that another Thanksgiving Basket Giveaway is in the books, but helping out families in need never gets old. Last Wednesday, members of the HOT 107-9 staff delivered Thanksgiving Baskets to three separate families in Acadiana that were nominated by either friends or family.

Going into Thanksgiving week, we have received hundreds of e-mails from listeners nominating families that are in need of a Thanksgiving basket from Heleaux's Grocery. We have teamed up with the fine folks from Heleaux's this year for Thanksgiving, and we will be delivering three Thanksgiving baskets to families that can use them.
