Good news for college students in the state of Louisiana as it appears that the TOPS program will be fully funded.

Every once and a while, we all attempt or at least think, to find a creative way to protest something we are against. Something like, man...if the price of _____ doesn't go down, I'm going to ______. Understand where I'm coming from right? Well a college student in Colorado did just that!
