Poor Taylor Swift. She may be beautiful, beloved and talented, but she has an Achilles Heel, and that's her "niceness" and her neuroses, especially when it comes to revealing which former boyfriends her songs are about. Leave it to Ellen to exploit that weakness on her show, on the national stage.

First, the host continued to hammer the fact that she is convinced that Swift dated her 'The Lorax' co-star Zac Efron. T. Swizzle steadfastly denies such a claim. But Ellen won't let it go.

Ellen then asked who 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' is about. But knowing that Swift won't answer that question, like ever, Ellen was clever in her request. She showed photos of the possible inspiration and asked Swift to ring a cowbell to affirm the identity.

We'll hand it to her. Ellen has cojones, and we bet Swift's PR rep was probably fuming backstage over this stunt, since it didn't seem like something Swift would agree to in advance, since she was visibly uncomfortable when photos of her with exes (and also not her exes) were shown!

For her part, T. Swizz gamely tried to argue her way out of it by saying that her one shred of dignity is keeping the identity of the inspirations of her songs to herself, and that allowing fans to guess is a treat. Not to mention that it prevents nasty emails from said exes in her inbox, too.

Photos of Efron, of her actual exes Taylor Lautner, Joe Jonas and John Mayer are shown, as are non-BFs like Danny DeVito, Ashton Kutcher and Justin Bieber. It nearly sends Swifty over the edge and to a rubber room.

"I don't want to," she says and freaks out, shaking her hands and fake crying. It was a full on breakdown moment.

Ellen wasn't satisfied by freaking Swifty out with photos of her exes. She also sent the singer down her 'Haunted Hallway.'

Swift is scared and tries to avoid entry. She is totally terrified, and it's cute. She looks like a damsel in distress, as she navigates spider webs, mummies who startle her and other decorative Halloween signatures.

The singer runs through chains, saying, "This is horrible!" The poor girl was mortified. When she clears the hallway hurdle and makes it safety, she declares "Stop it" and "I hated it" about 100 times, before hugging Ellen.

We'd guess that Swift's managers and publicist were ready to hand her a Prozac after this week's 'Ellen appearance.
