The internet has an uncanny ability to create (and perpetuate) hoaxes, 'trumors' and fake tweets on a daily basis. So, today I saw a screencap of a tweet from Taylor Swift to Kanye West and Kim Kardashian congratulating them on the birth of their baby girl, and the first thing that popped into my head was "this can't be real, let me Google it."

As I anticipated, a quick reference to Taylor's official Twitter feed confirmed the tweet was indeed a fake a - BUT still, you gotta admit, it's pretty damn funny.
