Taylor Swift is known to give her fans life—but two sisters and their friend say that attending the pop star's concert in Baton Rouge literally saved theirs.

Elizabeth Dazzio tells WBRZ that Taylor Swift is the reason she is alive today—and if she didn't attend Swifts show at LSU Tiger Stadium on 5/22, there would be a completely different story on the news.

On their way home from the Taylor Swift concert in Baton Rouge, Elizabeth was driving her sister, Caroline, and their friend home when she fell asleep at the wheel and crashed the vehicle. Elizabeth was immediately knocked unconscious, as the girls realized they were trapped in the car.

You could smell the gas and smoke. I was just thinking we need to get out of this car.

Cars zoomed by but no one stopped to help.

Thinking quickly, the girls decided to use their bracelets from the show to draw attention to the wreckage. These bracelets lit up in sync with the music at the concert (as seen in the video below) but the girls used the flashing lights to hopefully get someone to stop.

Luckily, it worked and a woman was able to stop and help after seeing the lights flashing in the wrecked car where the girls were trapped inside. A man joined in and helped pull all three girls to safety while they waited for medical attention to arrive.

story even managed to get the attention of Taylor Swift, who tweeted about the incident after catching wind of what happened.

Taylor Swift has literally done it all, and now you can add "saving lives" to that list.
