Teen Gets Rejected In Front Of School When Asking A Girl Out To Prom [VIDEO]

A young man was brave enough to ask a young lady out to prom in front of his entire high school, but she had to decline the proposal because she already had a date.

Patrick Smith from New Jersey thought that it would be a good idea to grab the microphone at a school function and ask a girl out to prom. Well, his plan didn't go so well when she shot him down in front of nearly 2,000 of their peers. 

You can hear the crowd's reaction when she says, "I already have a date" and at that moment I'm sure the young man wanted to just dig himself a hole and hide inside of it.

His friends say that he ultimately did find a date for prom and that he proposed the date to her by showing up at her house with a huge sign. This kid was determined.
