Teen Violently Slaps Elderly Woman, Police Say Its Only Harassment [VIDEO]

A video of a teenager slapping an elderly woman as she walks out of a store is getting national media attention after police say it was only harassment, and not assault. We warn you, some of you may find the footage in this video to be disturbing. 

Teens have been randomly slapping people, who least expect it, and are documenting their behavior on "Smack Cam." As you may imagine, this video has a lot of people up in arms, and rightfully so.
