The Right Time For “That Talk”

Tonight's "Hot Topic Of  The Night" has to do with "that talk" most couples have at the begining of their relationship.It has to do with that talk you have before even entering into the realtionship.  When you meet someone new, and start to go out on occassional dates, you sooner than later have the talk about, "when to make it official."
