The Zoo In Broussard Has A New Name, ‘Zoosiana’

The zoo in Broussard,formerly known as "The Zoo Of Acadiana," has a new name at it is "Zoosiana."

The announcement came today, Thursday, as zoo officials unveiled their new name and new logo. According to KATC, The original facility opened in 1992 and was purchased by George Oldenburg in 2002.
