The New Orleans Saints will be getting a little healthier in three weeks.

The 26-year old Lewis, who was placed on injured reserve on September 19 with a knee injury, will be eligible to return in Week 11, as NFL rules mandate a minimum eight-week absence when on injured reserve.

Now that Lewis is back at practice, the Saints have a three-week window to decide whether or not to add him to their 53-man roster. If he’s not activated, Lewis must remain on IR for the rest of the season.

The 5-foot-7, 168-pound Lewis, who the Saints signed as an undrafted free agent following the 2016 NFL Draft, has compiled 17 catches for 192 yards and one interception in just over two seasons in New Orleans.

Last season, Lewis returned 13 kickoffs for 307 yards, and 14 punts for 115 yards.
