A woman literally let it all hang out while sprinting after a peeping tom through a retail store. Jeanne Ouelette was trying on bras at the Kansas City Kohl's when she noticed a hand with a cellphone videotaping underneath her dressing room door, and that's when all hell broke loose.

Ouelette covered her breasts with her hands as she ran after the peeping tom through the store, but once she reached the exit, she knew that going any further wouldn't be the best idea.

Common sense took over and said,'You shouldn't go outside half naked.' At that point, I just started crying because I was so upset that he was getting away. When you feel violated, what you really want is for justice to be done.

Luckily for Jeanne, other shoppers continued the chase for her, and eventually caught up to Jeremy Bradley, who was arrested about three blocks away.

Ouelette is grateful for those who helped to nab Bradley, who was charged with breach of privacy and faces up to a year in jail in addition to a $2,500 fine. Ouelette is disgusted that the violation of her privacy was only a misdemeanor, but still believes Bradley needs treatment.

he clearly needs treatment and he needs to go into the system ... so he can get his treatment," she said, adding that if he doesn't then his behaviors can escalate, and they need not to happen again.

Let's just hope for Jeanne's sake that the cops remembered to delete that video.
