Scott will follow Kanye West's performance during SNL's season premiere on Sept. 29. Crazy Rich Asians actress Awkwafina, a rapper herself, will host on the night that Scott performs.

The "Sicko Mode" rapper will presumably deliver selections from his latest album Astroworld, released on Aug. 3. The project debuted and spent two weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.

Last month at the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards, Scott performed portions of the Astroworld cuts "Stargazing," "Sicko Mode" and the James Blake-assisted "Stop Trying to Be God." He released a video for "Stop Trying To Be God," which additionally features Phillip Bailey, Kid Cudi and Stevie Wonder, on Aug. 6.

Travis is also rumored to be in consideration to perform during the 2019 NFL Super Bowl alongside Maroon 5. The Houston native's Astroworld: Wish You Were Here tour with Sheck Wes, Gunna and Trippie Red kicks off Nov. 8 in Baltimore and closes Dec. 19 in Los Angeles.
