Trey Songz Arrested For Throwing Money At Woman

Trey Songz claims that he only goes to clubs "for the ladies and the drinks," but back on August 22nd, police are saying that Trey did a little more than that. According to TMZ, Songz was arrested for throwing dollar bills - aka MAKING IT RAIN - on a woman.

Trey Songz, real name Tremaine Neverson, had an album release party at Club Perfection, a gentleman's club in Queens, back on August 21. Police say that sometime just after 4 AM on August 22, 2012 Trey was involved in some type of altercation inside of the club. Here's how the cops describe it:

Tremaine Neverson, did throw a sum of United States currency at the complainant and said sum of United States currency struck the complainant's left eye causing substantial pain to her left eye.

No one knows if the woman was employed at the gentleman's club, or just someone in attendance at the album release party. Trey wasn't arrested that night, but a month later he was, and formally charged with misdemeanor assault. He had a court date back in early November where an order of protection was issued, and is due back in court in February 2013.

I guess he didn't throw enough money the first time, and now she's back for more.
