It was nearly two weeks ago that people starting getting wind of a rift between Tyga and YMCMB, as he criticized his label for not giving him a release date for his new album. Today, Vibe magazine debuts a digital cover featuring the rapper and his interview is full of surprises, including the problems he has with some of his Young Money labelmates -- specifically Drake and Nicki Minaj.

"I'm tryna go independent. I don't really get along with Drake. I don't really get along with Nicki," admits Tyga. "I don't like Drake as a person. He's just fake to me. I like his music; you know what I'm saying? I think his music is good, but we're all different people. We were forced together and it was kinda like we were forcing relationships together. It is what it is."

In addition, the 'Rack City' rhymer feels there was pressure put on Young Money signees to get along and form friendships, but that simply didn't happen. Plus, Tyga was signed to YMCMB  two years before Drake and Nicki ever got to the label, so the star power they have doesn't mean much to him.

"At the end of the day the reason why I signed to Young Money is because of Wayne," said the California native. "Not because of Drake, not because of Nicki. It was because of Wayne and my relationship with him. I try to be cool with everybody, but sometimes, everybody just has different personalities, motives and different characters."

Tyga didn't mention any specific instances that caused him to dislike Drizzy or Minaj, however, he did open up about his close relationship with Chris Brown. The two are planning to release a joint album. "I been friends with Chris [Brown] for like six years," he states. "That's my real genuine friend. We hang out all the time."
