Just after the big victory Saturday night at Cajun Field aganist in-state rival ULM, UL-Lafayette Head Coach Mark Hudspeth got a little emotional in the post-game interview. It is quiet obvious that UL, Louisiana, and the fans of UL have a special place in the heart of the first year head coach.Here is what coach had to say after UL mounted a great come back to remain undefeated at Cajun Field this year. He understands the turnaround that is being made, and he certainly appreciates all of the efforts from his players & this community. Not only has Coach Hud built a winning program for UL Football, he has also given this community something to be proud of.

The Cajuns are 8-2 on the year, and are anxiously awaiting an invite to a bowl game under the first year head coach.
