Names like Casey, Alex and Taylor have always been on the list of popular unisex names, but the gender-bending baby names in 2016 have a little more hipster flare.

One of the biggest baby name trends of 2016 is gender-neutral names for both boys and girls, and I'm not going to lie, I love this trend! I am all about unisex baby names. Whether it's a little girl named Frankie or a baby boy named Remy, androgynous names are absolutely adorable.

According to Today.com and figures compiled from Social Security data these are the top ten most popular gender-neutral names of 2016.

  1. Hayden
  2. Charlie
  3. Emerson
  4. Rowan
  5. Finley
  6. River
  7. Dakota
