Sean Kingston’s Hospital Update

According to TMZ Sean Kingston is awake and alert but still confined to his hospital bed. He still has a breathing tube in his mouth, preventing him from talking, but he is able to communicate through nods and sign language. Sean is still in critical condition for a couple more weeks. The downside to all of this is that Florida officials may charge Kingston for operating a watercraft in a Manatee Zone. Florida law prohibits boats or watercraft to produce a wake in a Manatee Zone. It is unknown if Kingston did in fact produce a wake before it crashed, but Florida law enforcement is still investigating to figure out what exactly happened in the crash. If charged, he could face a maximum fine of $32,500.
