A scammer used Tyga's name to get $13,500 out of a USC fraternity. A member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity struck a deal in February with a man who promised to deliver a performance by Tyga. The USC student wired the money to the person, but it turned out to be a disaster.

Tyga was a no-show at the party, and the frat bro responsible for the booking tried to get a full refund. When he went back to the scam artist for the money, the man became impossible to reach according to report by TMZ.

The LAPD secured a search warrant to examine the U.S. Bank in order to track down the owner of the account who received the wired money. The Delta Tau Delta fraternity also hired their own private investigator to look into the matter. The P.I. made some progress into his investigation as he reportedly found out the scam artist was in the midst of a lawsuit for screwing someone else out of $15,000. The police have not made an arrest at this time.

Tyga may only be involved in this case indirectly, but he's got his own drama when it comes to his pet tiger. The shelter currently housing his pet says the rapper has not made any effort to take care of the exotic animal. The shelter has been forced to foot the bill for all the tiger's needs including $10,000 a year in food alone.
