The fallout from the nightclub melee between Drake, Chris Brown and their respective entourages hasn’t slowed down since the scuffle went down last week. Yet another bystander has come forward with injuries — and the W.i.P. club has been shut down entirely.

Law enforcement officials told TMZ that W.i.P. has been closed indefinitely following numerous different violations. Though the violations weren’t directly related to Breezy and Drizzy’s fight, the incident allowed the Civil Enforcement Unit to investigate the previous violations further.

Meanwhile, yet another victim has come forward with an injury stemming from the bottle-throwing brawl. Lucy Pavlovsky, who was in the VIP section of the nightclub when the melee went down, has hired attorney Javier Solano. Solano told TMZ that Pavlovsky suffered two gashes in her arm as the result of the flying glass and required a dozen stitches as well as a tetanus shot. She’s filing a suit against the nightclub, but Solano hinted that the suit may not stop there — and that Drake and Brown may well be involved as well. “At this moment we are exploring all options on who will become a defendant,” Solano said, adding, “I can assure you that regardless of fame, money or stature, the people responsible will be held accountable.”

Pavlovsky is only the most recent victim and bystander to come forward. An Australian tourist was also injured in the fracas, requiring 16 stitches in her scalp.

No arrests have been made yet in the case, which police are still investigating. Reports say that Brown and his crew are cooperating with police, but that Drake’s entourage is refusing to deal with investigators, citing the “snitches get stitches” adage. That’ll make it tougher on cops, since the surveillance footage from the club is too dark to make out any faces on the tape. Drizzy himself won’t speak to police until his attorney gets to New York City. Make sense, since, well, ‘YOLO’ — and Drake likely doesn’t want to waste any of his one life behind bars for running his mouth.
