Video Released Of The First Explosion In Boston During Boston Marathon [VIDEO]

Boston.com has released this video from ground level as the first bomb goes off in Boston during the Boston Marathon.

As you can see pandemonium ensues the second the bomb goes off, yet like what we saw on 9-11, watch all of the rescue personnel rush towards the scene while others race to get away. This is a developing story, but hundreds of people have been injured and the death toll continues to rise. CNN is reporting that this attack is a terrorist attack, yet the motive has not been identified.
